We offer 15 yard roll-off dumpsters suitable for home renovation projects, construction sites, and various residential or commercial waste removal needs.
We currently have a total of six 15 yard dumpsters available to rent. Because availability is limited, we encourage customers to check our calendar page to see which dumpsters are available and when. Dumpsters are numbered 1 through 6.
Yes, we charge $0.09 per pound after your dumpster is dumped at the landfill. Our dumpsters hold approximately 2-tons (4,000 pounds).
No, our dumpsters do not come with any sort of covering or lid. It is recommened for customers to place a tarp over their dumpster to keep out the elements and any potential debris from passersby. Dumpsters will be covered by an automatic covering upon dropoff and removal.
An empty 15 yard dumpster typically weighs approximately 2780 lbs.
The gross weight of the dumpster is weighed and recorded at the disposal facility. After the waste material has been dropped off, the tare weight, or empty weight is recorded upon leaving the facility. The difference in the two weights is the total weight of the waste material.
Items that are prohibited include: hazardous waste, flammable liquids, paint (with the exception of dried latex paint in the can), industrial waste, solvents, propane tanks, concrete, motor and transmission oil, tires, electronics, i.e., computers, monitors, and televisions, oil filters, appliances, herbicides, pesticides, antifreeze, paint chips contaminated with lead, soil contaminated with petroleum, medical waste, all liquids, hydraulic oil, flourescent tubes, barrels, oils mixed with gasoline or solvents, batteries, radioactive material, asbestos, and dead animals.
All waste material must be stacked no higher than the top of the roll-off dumpster. Depending on locality, additional requirements may be applicable. The customer is responsible for making sure all waste material is appropriate for transport and disposal based on these guidelines.

The customer may incur additional per-item fees. These items may include, tires, mattresses, items containing freon, or large electronic devices.
NC DOT regulations specify that the maximum allowable weight for a 15 yard dumpster is typically between 4000 and 6000 lbs.
We take precautions to ensure that no damage occurs to your driveway. Upon delievery we install sheets of plywood on the surface of your driveway to prevent any possible damage due to the weight of the dumpster.
Permits are usually only required when placing dumpsters on public property. This can include, sidewalks, streets, or easements. Permit requirements can vary greatly within townships, so we recommend contacting your local township office or public works department for details specific to your situation. If a permit is required, customers are responsible for obtaining the proper permit prior to rental services.
Yes, we ask customers to book 24 hours in advance. Dumpster availability is limited, so booking in advance helps to ensure we have a dumpster available.
The dimensions for a standard 15 yard dumpster are 16 ft long x 7.5 ft wide x 4.5 ft high. We ask customers to allow for 4' of clearance on all sides of the dumpster to ensure safety and ease of manuverability. The customer is responsible for providing a clear, unobstructed space for delivery and pickup.
Delievery times are not guaranteed, but usually occur within a 1 hour window.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Master Card, Amercian Express, Visa, and Discover), and Paypal. Payments may be made online only at this time. We do not accept cash or checks.
We prefer to have someone present on-site during drop-off and pickup, however, it is not necessary. If a certain drop-off site has not been specified, the driver will use his or her best judgment to place the dumpster in the safest most accessable drop-off area.
If a customer requests to have their dumpster moved, the customer will be charged an additional $150 trip fee.
Yes, customers may change or cancel their order either by calling us at () or emailing us at psddumpsters@gamil.com Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Please provide us with your invoice number. If an order is canceled while a driver is already en route to deliver, customers will be charged a wasted trip fee of $100 due to fuel consumption.
In the event that a customer needs their dumpster emptied and returned, the customer will be charged a $75 pick up fee if it is over their allotted allowable number of pick-ups per rental agreement.
Our dumpsters can be rented by the day, week, or month. Any additional days beyond the set time will be $25 per day. Please call or email us if you feel you'll need additional time.
Dumpsters will be removed automatically at the end of the rental period. If more time is needed, we ask that customers notify us via email or phone within 24 hours prior to the termination of the rental agreement.
